Our intentions are so important in determining what we will and won’t do! We then need to commit to making it real!
Becoming aware of our inner conditioning, and navigating forwards in helpful ways requires intention, commitment and practice. Maybe explore how it feels to pause often, notice and cultivate an appreciation of the good stuff this week:
- Make the time to notice regularly, “What’s really happening here and now?”
- For every negative, acknowledge several positives
- Let go of judgements and open up to possibilities
Cultivating the good doesn’t mean we push away or ignore the difficult, rather we are able to manage these more effectively from solid, helpful conditions.
