Becoming a Know Your Mind Teacher is a long term commitment. Only those who live mindfully are eligible to train to teach.

The Teacher Training pathway:
  • An MBSR or Know Your Mind Adult Course
  • Regular home practice for a minimum of 6 months
  • ‘Know Your Mind’ 3 day Teacher Training Certification
  • Follow On Training (CPD training)
  • Additional tailored workshop training
