The emotional echoes of self harm can be intense for all involved: The individuals, parents, teachers, siblings, friends, colleagues… Learning where we focus our attention, how we get hooked in patterns of emotional reactivity and how we relate to this, is key for deepening our understanding and living without judgement. ¬†Getting to know and apply different ways to manage our emotions can help ALL those connected with self harm.
