World Mental Health Awareness week

Thank you to all the staff and students involved.

As part of World Mental Health Awareness week, we were asked by Hartlepool Borough Council to run a number of workshops for staff across different departments encouraging how ‘Taking Time for Yourself’ can support wellbeing.

We had a great day delivering workshops that combined reflections, activities and practices to demonstrate how our perceptions of time can impact on our mental wellbeing and what we can do to manage these in ways to support living and being well. It was a great day and the feedback was amazing so we are very much looking forward to offering more.
